by Loraceel |
The quiet Miss Emily Peach recently moved to the village to take up a post in the local school. Not long after her arrival, Dr. Black fell in love with her and asked her to marry him. Their romance was short lived as Emily soon discovered that she was actually in love with Mr. Slate-Grey; to whom she is now engaged instead.
Miss Peach is not a suspect in the murder of Dr. Black as the thefts, which are connected to this crime, began before she moved to the village. In addition, she was not in the locked house at the time of death. |

Yvette is a new addition to the village and one that has raised quite a few eyebrows. Her short skirts and low-cut dresses have scandalised the local gossipmongers. Coming from a small town in Brittany, it is unclear why she chose to move to this particular English village. Could there be more to her than there first appears? Despite all of this, Yvette is not a suspect in this investigation as the police believe her employer's death to be connected to the recent spate of thefts, which started before she had left France. |

The Butler |

No English gentleman is complete without his butler - and Dr. Black's house would certainly fall apart without Hogarth. A master at his profession, Hogarth keeps the cogs of Tudor Close firmly oiled, the servants in check and the Kitchen tidy.Although it is often said that "the butler did it", the police trust that this is not the case here, as Hogarth has no valid motive for the death of his employer. Thus, Hogarth should not be suspected for the murder of his master. |

The educated and wealthy owner of Tudor Close is a man loved by some and hated by many. Looking at his strange assortment of friends; some would question why he would trust them to stay in his house. To that, Dr. David Black would reply with the old adage: "Keep your friends close and your enemies even closer". Thus, it came as no surprise when Dr. Black was found murdered by one of his six "closest" friends - but which of them did it? |
