Hook 'Em Horns Part I

A Tale from the Wild West
Before the west was won, Buffalo Bob was lost on a search for the Great Brown Buffalo of Big Bull, little did he know that was exactly what he was going to find, a bunch of bull. The other cowboys laughed at Buffalo Bob and he rode off in search of the great buffalo. When he retur ned with a white one, he hung his head in shame and embarrassment. He dyed it brown before anyone saw it and thus gained a slight ounce of fleeting respect from the towns folk. He turned the lovely buffalo into a great rug.

Aimlessly, his life led him on many adventures, the search for the lucky cow patties, the buffalo maulings at Big Horn, which he was the only survivor. His trophies now adorn his home as furnishings. Buffalo end tables, horn lamps, horn and hide sofas, the great buffalo rug and paintings that remind him of days gone by.

The Newbiest Cowboy
Buffalo Bob was the newbiest cowboy to ever live in these here parts of the wild west. He rode ole Buckwheat across untamed territory in search of trophies for his home, such as a fine stick lantern hanger of yesteryear, updated into a fun lamp, a matching painting to create a set, and a fancy bed to rest your head after a hard day of riding or hunting. Hook 'Em Horns Part III

The Newbiest Cowboy Gets Hitched
When he road into town on the back of that ole swayback, folks shuddered at the site of him. Nobody dared look him in the eye, for fear he might try to befriend them.

He dismounted that horse like a man suffering from saddlesore as he mozied up to the Saloon for a swig or three.

When he walked in everyone glance his way, toward the smell of a crusty cowboy.

The tawdry ladies didn't pay him no mind as his beer gut and rough face left no room for desire, but Barstool Betty didn't mind so much after a bottle of rum.

Quick to trigger, Buffalo Bob worked what little charm he had and Barstool Betty fell for it like a racoon to a cat's bowl. She'd done used up all her chances of ever swaying the hearts of any of the local fellas an' here was her chance now to snag her up a man to pay for her drink.

In a blur, they were standing in front of the judge an' joined together as man an' wife, perhaps with some luck the town folk would be rid of them for the spell of a honeymoon.

Hook 'Em Horns Part IV

The Honeymoon:
Things didn't go quite as good as Barstool Betty had imagined for their honeymoon. Instead of whisking her away to a romantic get-a-away, Buffalo Bob took his new bride on a hunting expedition. Much to her dismay, she spent hours gutting and cleaning a little buck Bob was lucky enough to hit with a bullet, when he was out hunting ducks with Old Blue.

Despite the inconveniences and unromantic trip, Bob still managed to get a little play-in-bed action and soon after the glorious honeymoon was over.

Bob took that buck skin and made a lovely wall hanging to hang over Old Blue's pet bed.

Several months past and it became apparent that their honeymoon resulted in the coming of a misfortunate child, doomed to live with two loser parents. Bob proudly pulled out his old rocking horse from the shed and cleaned it up in preparation for his newbie baby. He built a new horn, cow chair for those late night feedings.
