These were some of the first items I made for the Sims. But I found that when I tried to get rid of old recolors from the site, someone would come looking for them. So they remain.

See food horn for details. 2 / 6 Artist Heather Expensive Bright Pink Fridge (545 KB) The Sims Required Not sure what possessed me to recolor metal pink, but here it is. Perhaps you have use for it. For me, it's just taking up space in my catalog. 3 / 6 Artist Heather Dark Blue Fridge (397 KB) The Sims Required I'm not sure why I made this sooo dark. But maybe you have dark blue counters and wanted a Dark Blue fridge. Maybe someone requested this as it was one of the first things I recolored, if it wasn't obvious. This site is like a progression of my artwork. 4 / 6 Artist Heather Specte Stove (77 KB) The Sims Required This may not stand up to the quality of a 3D stove as far as lighting goes, but this was done in 2D and wasn't too shabby for one of my first objects I wish I had given the top a little more shine. I cleaned up the edges of the artwork a while back because I love putting this in my older styled houses. A great way to raise comfort and fun for any of your sims that aren't modern. This Food Horn in the Misc. Appliances set is a replacement for:
sfasrFoodHorn.iff. Please remove the original.

I always wanted to fix this file, but never had the ability to do it because of some key changes to the original file.

Special Thanks to Ecter who fixed the file so that it could be edited.

The original file had been edited with a HEX editor to prevent people from recoloring it, as Jerry (AKA Amonsitera) was protective of his artwork at the time. However, this left little room to fix any problems with it as expansions came out. The file couldn't be exported, categorized, or adjusted at all; virus programs didn't like it, despite it being safe, so now that the change has been reverted (he had only changed one little number), it should work well and quit getting flagged.

What was updated:

The Item is now categorized as a small appliance (it's a food processor really)

    Graphics Updated:
  • Touched up the edges that were super dark as well as some of the interior darkness. Brightened up the fruit colors just a bit.
  • Additional fruit was added to the back view, as it seemed a bit plain before.
  • Alpha channel edges are now smooth, so no more jagged line around the edge.
  • Z-buffers now have more proper depth.
 6 / 7 Artist Heather ProSimatic Blender (43 KB) The Sims Required A blender that I made a bit too white. One of the first 3D pieces I made, and my lighting was maybe a little harsh, but all-in-all not too shabby.
