Extract all .iff files to:
C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\Downloads

You may create individual organized folders in which to place your items.

Do NOT install: .sig .sif .txt .gif .jpg .html files. Any files with these extensions may be removed from your Downloads directory.

Simbabe has been teasing people for years with this beautiful bedroom. Occasionally, mysterious items from the Dem Dem bedroom would be shown off, but Simone kept the comforts mostly to herself with an occasional guest.

I'm so excited she's finally given me the okay to release this bedroom. It's to die for...

Simone's only regret is she did not have the time to finish the bed conversion to a lovebed. The countless hours she spent creating this by hand makes these items almost priceless. Please, respect her copyrights to these items by not doing illegal file sharing.
