The Summer outdoors was created by Mary Mansfiled in 3D Studio Max and converted for The Sims using transmogrifer.

This set was designed completely to work with the water, pond and grass tiles made by Teresa at simfreaks. The decking and boat especially. Because of this, z buffers were designed to be compatible with her set and therefore I cannot guarantee these objects won't bleed with other sets from other sites. For best results, I recommend using Teresa's ond and water tiles with this set or maxis pool tiles. Fountains and planters are best placed on deck or in grass and no up against walls as they were designed to be placed on deck or grass tiles, and may bleed with other objects. This set was designed totally by me in 3d form and I ask you do not re-distribute or clone. Thanks and hope you enjoy!!!
