C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\Downloads

or to stay organized:
C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\Downloads\SimFreaks

Do NOT install: .sig .sif .txt .gif .jpg .html files. Any files with these extensions may be removed from your Downloads directory.
